Daniella's breadth of industry knowledge and sophisticated style of practice have earned her media attention both locally in The New York Times, New York Post, New York Daily News, CBS, and The Real Deal, and internationally on television networks such as Austria's ORF and Germany's RTL.
 
A meticulous, high-energy professional, Daniella has earned the accolades, referrals, and repeat business that have carved her success. Her extensive experience covering primary, pied-a-terre and investment transactions as well as new development sales representing developers, individual sellers and purchasers alike has proven invaluable to all her clients. She is a personable, multifaceted individual who relates well with everyone she meets, from longtime Manhattanites to out-of-towners and sophisticated worldwide investors. Fluent in English, German, French, Italian and Hebrew, Daniella is adept at identifying a client's needs, strategizing quickly and swiftly securing the most suitable property or orchestrating the most profitable sale.
 
Daniella is a native New Yorker born into a European family, and a truly global citizen. She was raised in the United States and Europe, living in New York, Vienna, Paris, and spending summers in Venice as she grew up. Schooled in New York and Vienna, Daniella attended college in Vienna and then Paris where she completed her Political Science degree. Immediately upon graduating, she secured a coveted position at the Associated Press working alongside a special foreign correspondent. Leaving the world of journalism to pursue a career in sales and merchandising at Ralph Lauren, Daniella was instrumental in opening the first Ralph Lauren Paris store. Ultimately choosing to make the United States her home, she returned to New York in 1990, working for the Anti-Defamation League and creating a family of her own.
 
A former Upper West Side resident, Daniella now resides on the Upper East Side where she raised her three children. While work and family are her priorities, Daniella also enjoys running, yoga, antiquing, and the arts, as well as hosting her podcast “Rise and Thrive with Daniella Schlisser”. She is committed to community as well, speaking publicly at professional women's conferences from London to Los Angeles, serving on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity NY and volunteering for Sanctuary for Families in their Economic Empowerment Program where Daniella provides interview coaching for women pursuing fair wage earning jobs. Daniella balances her rigorous schedule in Manhattan with the serenity of her second home in Sag Harbor, where she spends most of her free time year-round, in the company of her children and beloved French bulldog, Georgina. In Sag Harbor, Daniella’s love of community is extended through her local engagement as an enthusiastic Patron of the Bay Street Theater and an active and supporting member of Temple Adas Israel, Long Island’s oldest synagogue.

Justin J. Pak has worked with Daniella since 2019 and serves as her right hand. Since joining Brown Harris Stevens in 2018 at the invitation of CEO Bess Freedman, Justin has become a respected figure in the real estate industry, earning recognition for his knowledge, professionalism, and collaborative approach to the sales process. Justin has also served as a marketing and social media strategy consultant at the firm and is regularly sought out by his colleagues for his insights. He has additionally led seminars on social media marketing strategy both at Brown Harris Stevens as well as the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) NYRS division, which promotes excellence among top-tier residential agents in New York City.
 
Justin leverages his expertise and keen analytical skills to achieve exceptional outcomes for a global and diverse clientele. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and steadfast dedication, skillfully navigating the intricacies of New York City’s real estate market to ensure smooth and successful transactions for buyers and sellers alike.
 
Justin earned his undergraduate degree from New York University in 2012 and has cultivated a global perspective through extensive international experience in the cities of Florence, Taipei and Tokyo, where he co-founded a boutique women's clothing brand. Justin’s entrepreneurial ventures have sharpened his abilities to communicate and differentiate product in a deeply competitive consumer marketplace, a welcome skillset in the world of luxury real estate.

Gigi Ozdemir

As a real estate professional, Gigi Gizem Ozdemir prioritizes building genuine relationships with her clients and understands the importance of making every step of the buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Born and raised in Forest Hills, Queens, Gigi earned her degree in Psychology and spent her college years working with children. Those experiences shaped her ability to connect with people on a personal level and taught her the value of patience, empathy, and communication.

After graduating, Gigi discovered her passion for real estate—a field where she could combine her love for helping people with her strong interpersonal skills. She quickly realized that guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives is both an honor and a responsibility she takes to heart.
