Madeline didn't wait for a diploma to launch her career. Sophomore year of college, she sold her first SoHo penthouse, setting a trajectory that has defined her approach ever since: ambitious, self-driven, and always a few steps ahead. She went on to graduate from Fordham University with highest honors, bringing that same rigor to a business she had already been building for years.
Her clientele spans a wide spectrum, from hedge fund executives and NASCAR drivers to first-time buyers stepping into the New York market. Conversational in French, she works equally well with international clients looking to establish a home in the city.
Real estate runs in the family. Madeline's grandfather was a top realtor in Aspen, and his approach to the business, rooted in relationships rather than transactions, left a lasting impression on how she works today. That ethos is evident in every interaction: she treats each search, sale, or negotiation as something deeply personal, because for her clients, it is.
Outside of work, Madeline runs marathons to raise money for A Better Childhood, a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for children in foster care, and volunteers regularly at St. Joe's soup kitchen in the West Village. For her, showing up fully, whether for a client, a cause, or a neighbor, is simply part of the job.
