The number of contracts fell 9% last week and was 19% lower than a year ago.
Resale contracts were overall down 4% from the previous week, while new developments declined 38%.
Contracts on apartments priced $3M to $5M were up 88% from last week and 36% from last year.
There were 18 contracts signed at $4M+ which is six fewer than the week prior.
After rising the two prior months, the supply of apartments for sale in Manhattan declined 4% to 7.1 months.
Condo inventory dipped 7% from last month, while co-ops declined 11%.
The West Side remains the tightest market with a 5.7-month supply of apartments.
